Hans Lipschis

Hans Lipschis (November 7, 1919) is a former member of the Waffen-SS who worked in the concentration camp of Auschwitz during World War II . The Simon Wiesenthal Center claims he was a guard, and included him in fourth place on his list of most wanted Nazis. 3 At the age of 93, Lipschis was arrested the 6 of May of 2013 by being accomplice of murder. 4 He states that even though he worked at Auschwitz, he was only a cook. 5

Lipschis was born as Antanas Lipšys in Lithuania in 1919 into a Protestant family. 6 7 8
