Ruth Closius

Ruth Neudeck-Neudeck ( Breslau , 5 of July of 1920 - 29 of July of 1948 ) was an oversight of the SS in Ravensbrück concentration camp between December 1944 and March 1945. Also known by her married name, Ruth Neudeck .

Neudeck impressed his superiors by his brutality towards the prisoners and was promoted to Blockführerin (commander of the barraca), was trained byDorothea Binz . Prisoner Geneviève de Gaulle-Anthonioz testified to her ferocity. 1

In December 1944 she was promoted to Oberaufseherin and transferred to the nearby Uckermark extermination camp where she selected more than 5,000 women and children with the help of her helpers Lotte Toberentz , Margaret Rabe and Johanna Braach .

It was captured in its flight by the British, tried and hung for crimes against humanity. 2 3
