Gameplay

Zombie Army Trilogy uses a mechanic similar to Sniper Elite V2 in which the player is encouraged to face his enemies from afar with his rifle instead of attacking them from the front, however, this game adopts a more linear level design with a Better emphasis on stealth. The game is set in an alternate version of World War II , as such, the player’s character uses the appropriate weapons for the time. Again, as V2, the player can use various types of explosives, including grenades, standard Tripwire mines and dynamite. Another mechanical similarity with V2 is that, when using the sniper rifle, certain elements such as wind direction, force and drop of the bullet can affect the trajectory of the bullet when it is fired. Bullets can bounce off surfaces or targets and give to others. The player can also hold his breath to stabilize his shot and determine more precisely the direction in which his bullet will travel.

The “X-Ray Kill Cam” function of V2 also performs a new function when you make a successful and skillful shot, the camera will track the sniper rifle bullet to the target in slow motion, and in case of shock Will anatomically show the x-ray of the body part corresponding to the stroke and damage to the organs and bones caused by the bullet. Some elements can also trigger an explosion when they fire, which can be used to benefit the player against the hordes of zombies. The game will also measure notable shots showing briefly the distance and other factors as if it were a head shot or a moving target.
